It may be hard to envision a child travelling for endless weeks only to be rejected from a place where they were told they would be welcomed.
It may be hard to envision the mental state of a child who has been separated from their family.
It may be hard to envision the fragmented state of their identity as they lose touch of who they are, where they belong.
