Recycling Champions

We're looking for students to support the university's new recycling campaign.

What You'll Do: 

We're looking for a committed group of students to support the University's recycling campaign, facilitating engaging pop-ups across campus.

 

Our first pop-up is schedules for 30th September 12-4pm

 

During the session you will:

- Learn more about the University's recycling plans

- Creatively engage with staff and students on the importance of recycling, particularly food waste.

- Make a significant impact to the university's own recycling rate.

What You'll Learn:

- Develop employability skills in teamwork and communication

What We're Looking For: 

No previous experience in sustainability is required. We're looking for people who are: 

 

- passionate about sustainability and want to make a difference

- Willing to take own initiative

- Comfortable speaking to a wide-range of people

- Able to work well in a team
