ABOUT US:
We are the University of Surrey Yoga Society. We run classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-9PM in University Hall, as well as socials and workshops. We focus on building a community of like-minded people that can connect through the media of movement and mindfulness.
WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:
Yoga is a powerful tool for improving physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, and relaxation through physical postures, breath control, and meditation. Our members are supported to manage their stress, cultivate mindfulness, and achieve a sense of balance in their lives.
