University of Surrey Food Share is designed to help reduce food waste from our catering outlets across campus.
Help us fight food waste by claiming food items for free that may otherwise go to waste.
Visit @uniofsurrey.food on instagram where our Food Heroes will upload available items and take your orders.
Watch out for our stories on Thursday and Friday 5pm - 8pm to grab something you'd like. Once your order is accepted, come and collect from Hillside Food Court.
ABOUT US:
As the Catering Services department at the University of Surrey we take reducing food waste very seriously. Our Food Share scheme is one of the measures we have in place to help reduce wastage.
WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:
Reducing food waste through our food share scheme has a positive effect on our environmental impact by limiting the amount of wastage sent to landfill. It also helps our student community during the current cost of living challenges.
