ABOUT US:
We are a statutory body that supports children who are impacted by criminal behaviour. This includes low level restorative intervention to reduce entry into the formal youth justice system, Pre-Court diversion and all forms of Court Orders including custody.
WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:
Our Vision is for a YJS that sees children as children, treats them fairly and helps them to build on their strengths so that they can make a constructive contribution to society. This will prevent offending and create safer communities with fewer victims
