We are the cheerleading society at the University of Surrey. We have two competitive teams and one recreational team. We have been successful in recent years with our competitive teams being national champions 8 times and division champions twice. We also had the amazing achievement of one of our teams achieving grand champions this past year. We are very passionate about our volunteering and fundraising. This was shown when our society won the community plate at our Colours Awards this past year for our achievements in the wider community of Surrey volunteering and fundraising.
We believe our work raising money for charities is vital to not only help them but also raise awareness of issues in our society today. Additionally, volunteering and helping introduce our sport to younger people helps us to inspire the younger generations and promote our sport to the country.
