ABOUT US:
We are a small project within Surrey County Council recruiting and training volunteers to befriend children in care.
WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:
Children in care have many changes in their young lives, which is why we are looking for a consistent adult who can visit the child monthly for at least two years, hopefully longer. Children enjoy having a visitor who is not paid to meet with them, who they can share stories and common interests.
