ABOUT US:
We’re the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and we’re here for everyone affected by sight loss. We’ve been supporting people with sight loss since 1868, when we had our first meeting with just a few people. Today, we are here to support the almost two million people in Britain who are living with sight loss.
WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:
We aim to make daily life better for people affected by sight loss. We raise awareness of sight problems, and how to prevent sight loss, and we campaign for better services and a more inclusive society.
