Pole Fitness
Our mission is to create an inclusive and empowering community where individuals of all skill levels can explore the art of pole fitness. We aim to foster personal growth, build confidence, and promote physical and mental well-being through creative movement. By offering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, we strive to inspire each member to achieve their fitness goals, embrace their strength, and celebrate the beauty of self-expression.
ABOUT US: 

All sessions are held in Rubix.

For new members, we run two sessions a week which will be Monday 6:30pm - 8:00pm & Wednesday 2:00pm - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 4:00pm

For returning members or for those who have pole experience, we run three sessions a week which will be Monday 6:30pm - 8:00pm, Wednesday 2:00 - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 4:00pm & Friday 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
