For new members, we run two sessions a week which will be Monday 6:30pm - 8:00pm & Wednesday 2:00pm - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 4:00pm
For returning members or for those who have pole experience, we run three sessions a week which will be Monday 6:30pm - 8:00pm, Wednesday 2:00 - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 4:00pm & Friday 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
