- Offer support and provide companionship to those who are actively dying and assist with tasks like Advance Care Plans or ongoing needs.

What We're Looking For:
Skills and Experience we’re looking for:
- Passionate and Empathetic with a genuine desire to support others during their end-of-life journey.
- Local Knowledge and/or residency in the Surrey community.
- Strong communication, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Basic IT skills for handling documentation and communication.
What We Ask of You:
- Provide two non-family references and relevant identification documents.
- Adhere to all charity policies, complete induction and role-related training.
