Help Building YOUR Student Garden

We are looking for student volunteers to join us each Weds from 13:00-15:00 to help clear and seed the new students garden just by the Chaplaincy.

Join us for a special Student Garden Sustainability special on Wednesday 24th Apri!

What You'll Do:

You will be helping Sarah from the Chalpaincy and our newly forming Gardening Soc to clear the Student Garden site and seed it with lots of healthy polinating seeds and beauttiful plant species to help increase our campus biodiveristy and ensure our newly installed Beehives have a wonderful garden.

Once it is all ready you are also welcome to join Garden Society to help grow herbs, fruits and vegatables for all students to have access to fresh produce during this ongoing cost of living crisis.

Why You'll Love It:

Being outdoors, mental health and acvitvity benefits so many of us. Being in nature, being active while also helping our Bees have a beautiful healthy garden to pollinate and make honey from while also ensuring you and all fellow students have access to fresh produce for free!

If you aren't an avid gardner, you will learn all the basics you could hope to help you keep, grow and ensure your gardnes in future thrive! A wonderful life skill i wish i could have known a lot earlier in life!

What We're Looking For:

Students who want to get stuck in, have fun and build a beautiful stufdent garden. This like DIY SOS but for studetns who need lovely food and space.
