Your Role as a Companion:
- Engage with residents by regularly visiting care homes to interact with and uplift residents.
- Create spaces for meaningful conversations about what truly matters to them.
- Offer support and provide companionship to those who are actively dying and assist with tasks like Advance Care Plans or ongoing needs.
