Sustainable Event Assistant

Looking to develop skills in sustainable event management? Join the Green Team as a Sustainable Event Assistant and support the organisation and running of the Sustainability Team's upcoming Speaker Series and Sustainability Assembly

What You'll Do: 

The University's Sustainability Team are looking for volunteers to support with the running of their upcoming Speaker Series on 1st October 2-3pm and/or Sustainability Assembly on 16th October 1-5pm. 

 

During the session you will: 

  • support with the set up and running of the event
  • direct attendees to the event
  • manage attendees enquiries

No previous experience in sustainability or event management necessary. We're looking for a fab group of students who: 

 

  • have an interest in sustainability
  • are keen to learn and take own initiative
  • are confident engaging and working with a diverse group of people
