What You'll Do: 

Your Role as a Companion:

  • Engage with residents by regularly visiting care homes to interact with and uplift residents.
  • Create spaces for meaningful conversations about what truly matters to them.
  • Offer support and provide companionship to those who are actively dying and assist with tasks like Advance Care Plans or ongoing needs.

  • Basic IT skills for handling documentation and communication.

 

What We Ask of You:

  • Provide two non-family references and relevant identification documents.
  • Adhere to all charity policies, complete induction and role-related training.
